MEN’S RELAY TEAM CONFIRMED

Dan Jones will lead Wales out in the 4×100 free before Matt Richards takes on the challenge. Tom Carswell will swim leg three, and Calum Jarvis will anchor.

SIXTH FOR HARRIET

Harriet Jones has just been in 100 Fly final action, where she put in a strong showing to finish sixth in 59.02.

HARRIS QUALIFIES THIRD!

Another seriously solid swim from Medi who qualifies third for tomorrow’s 100 Back final. The North Walian touched the wall just behind Canada in 59.64.

Charlotte Evans was within touching distance of a final berth, but finishes 12th overall.

WOMEN’S 100 BACK NEXT!

Medi Harris impressed in the 100 Back earlier today, can she cement her place in the middle lanes, and can Charlotte Evans break into the final? We’ll find out next.

He finishes eighth in a rapid final that brings a Commonwealth record for champion Ben Proud. 23.71 is still a time to be proud of.

win their Men’s 4×100 Freestyle heat in Welsh record time after a rapid last leg from Dan Jones ! Wales qualify third for tonight’s final after four cracking swims earned us a time of 3:18.69.

EVANS IN SEMI-FINALS!

Medi’s looking sharp. She’s just pipped by Australia in her heat but still qualifies third fastest for tonight’s semi-finals in a time of 1:00.02.

Jarvis and Richards will feature in tonight’s final! Jarvis qualified sixth fastest in 1:48.22 behind Matt who raced home in 1:47.59.

It’s disappointment for Kieran Bird despite a new personal best of 1:48.99 over 200m!

RICHARDS LOOKING STRONG

Richards has picked up where he left off last night. The Olympic relay gold medallist qualifies as fifth fastest for the semi-finals after an epic battle with Tom Dean and Mack Horton.
