MIXED MEDLEY TEAM IMPRESS!
Our Mixed 4x100m Medley Relay team take almost six seconds off their semi-final swim to set a Welsh record that’ll take some beating! They finish fifth in a race packed full of Commonwealth Games gold medallists.
WILLIS AND LEWIS DO US PROUD
What an experience for Meg Willis and Becky Lewis! Meg was seventh and Becky eighth, but they both achieved big PBs over the distance!
It’s the Mixed 4×100 Medley Relay final to finish this evening.
JONES COMES UP SHORT
Dan Jones looked to be right in the mix for a final place but ultimately finishes eighth in his semi-final and misses out on a place in tomorrow’s sprint finale.
THOMAS SIXTH IN FINAL
An improved performance from Alys Thomas in the 200m Butterfly final as the 2018 champion finishes sixth in a time of 2:10.42. Next up for Wales will be Dan Jones, who will look to force his way into the 50m Freestyle final.

The Mixed 4×100 Medley Relay team for tonight’s final has been confirmed.
Medi Harris and Matt Richards come in for Charlotte Evans and Liam White to join Kyle Booth and Harriet Jones.

Alys Thomas looks to have booked her place in the final after finishing third in her heat in a time of 2:11.43.
