HE’S DONE IT AGAIN! Lewis Fraser has just slashed another 0.17 seconds off the Welsh record he set just a few hours ago! The new Welsh record stands at 23.56! WHAT A SWIM!

FRASER UP NEXT

After a stunning swim to break his own Welsh record, Lewis Fraser is back in action next in the men’s 50 Fly semi-finals.

He heads into the race ranked sixth – can he lay down a marker for the final? We’ll soon find out.

JERVIS EIGHTH IN FINAL

After recovering from COVID just two weeks ago, the 400m Freestyle final has come too soon for Dan. A valiant effort, but it’s eighth place for the Resolven swimmer. Onto the 1500m later this week.

Joe Small and Liam White then swim in the 100m Back semis ahead of Alys Thomas and Harriet Jones in the 100m Fly semis.

After qualifying fourth in the Mixed 4x100m Relay, Team Wales will then look to crash the medal party against England, Australia and Canada.

They will return tonight after qualifying fourth behind Australia, Canada and England.
