The information below outlines the criteria and steps in selecting Wales as your Country of Representation.

Criteria

If you meet any one of the following criteria, you can choose Wales as your Country Of Representation

• You were born in Wales
• Your parent or grandparent was born in Wales
• You’re aged 16 or under and have continuously resided in Wales for over 12 months
• You’re aged 17 or over and have continously resided in Wales for over 36 months

Swim England Members

If you are a member of a Swim England Affiliated Club, you have two options;

Option 1

1. Join Swim Wales as a Competitive Individual via https://swimwales.justgo.com
2. Email [email protected] with your Swim England membership number and evidence of Welsh Eligibility

On your behalf, Swim Wales will then;

• Contact Swim England to change your Country of Representation to Wales
• Align your Swim Wales membership number with your Swim England number
• Ensure you have one record for British Rankings

Option 2

1. Contact Swim England yourself directly by emailing [email protected]
2. Provide Swim England with evidence of Welsh eligibility
