 A long standing level 3 pentathlon meet for all ages, with medals for individual event placings and trophies for the pentathlon placings.

8 year olds 25m Free, Breast, Back, Fly, 100m IM, 

9 year olds 50m Free, Breast, Back, Fly, 100m IM, 

10 years old and over 50m Free, Breast, Back, Fly, 200m IM  

Closing date for entries: Midnight 27/11/22

Spectator tickets and programmes will be available to purchase through our club's website http://www.newportswimmingclub.co.uk from the 1/12/22 to the 10/12/22
