Description
Mini-Polo is a more basic version of the aquatic sport Water Polo, with much simpler rules. The aim is to build water confidence as well as encouraging a fun team atmosphere.
Designed for all swim teachers this 3.5 hour skills session, (plus 1 hour practical) will give you the basic health & safety, water polo skills/drills and aims to offer teachers a framework to help develop key skills for participation and competition in the exciting sport of Mini Water Polo.
Pre-requisite: Level 1 Swimming Assistant (Teaching)
Teachers are required to bring kit for both the theory sessions and pool practical including swim costume.
