Engaging Customers Positively CPD

Description

This workshop will equip you with the knowledge required to positively engage with customers within the aquatic environment

This workshop is aimed at all swim teachers and lesson coordinators who work within the aquatic field and specifically learn to swim programmes. 

The aim of the workshop is for learners to 

•            Understand some strategies to help deal with challenging situations.

•            Understand how to get to a win-win situation with a customer.

•            Understand how to prepare for these particular scenarios

Training Format

3 hour theory based seminar with activities and checks on learning.

Who is the course designed for?

This CPD is for swimming teachers and assistants and coordinators

Prerequisites

You must be at least 16 years of age at the start of the course.
