During these extraordinary times it is important to have access to information to support our children and young people. Swim Wales is working closely with the CPSU who have kindly provided information of organisations that some of us may like to access for resources that can provide further information to help us all talk to young people about COVID-19.

Emerging Minds is a research network that aims to reduce the prevalence of mental health problems experienced by children and young people.

Sharing information with our clubs and their members is very important so that those who don’t feel safe have the information on the help that is available. Sporting clubs play a key role in people’s lives and we know you are already reaching out to your members and we want to provide you with some additional tools for your communications.

Stay safe and well and follow the Government guidelines which are aimed to allow us all to take a part in saving lives.
