Support from the Swim Wales Performance Team continues with guidance that will help athletes ‘stay connected with their strokes’ and maintain/improve specific strength and conditioning while out of the pool. The document provides links to video’s that show specific pool drills for each stroke, and importantly at this time the associated land based mobilisation and activation exercises. A progression of these exercises will be made available every Monday. Commit to these on a daily basis and come back stronger!
