Jack Knight is a Welsh swimmer who competes across backstroke, butterfly and freestyle events. Orginally swimming for City of Newport Swimming Club, Jack is now a member of the Swim Wales National Squad and represents City of Cardiff Swimming Club. Knight has positioned himself as the number 1 ranked male backstroke swimmer in Wales

His recent major achievements include:

• Gold medallist at the Welsh National Championships 2026 -100m backstroke
• Gold medallist at the Welsh National Championships 2025 -100m backstroke
• 2 x Silver medallist at the Welsh National Championships 2026 – 50m backstroke and 100m freestyle.

A versatile performer across multiple strokes, Jack Knight continues to develop as a senior Welsh swimmer on the national stage.
