The Celtic Dolphins Swimming Club (The Phins) is here! This new venture brings together two clubs - Llandarcy ASC and Swansea Valley Swimming Club - in a forward thinking partnership with Celtic Community Leisure (CCL). The Phins is the first club to form part of the new Aquatics Plan for Neath and Port Talbot. The Plan's long-term vision is to incorporate all ages and abilities in water-based activity.  Its aims are to provide a high quality service for swimmers, and to retain people within aquatics.
