Role title: 2 x Regional Development Managers – 1 x North Region & 1 x West Region
- Description: Full time (37 hours per week)
- Salary between £20,000pa & £24,000pa
Swim Wales are offering an exciting opportunity to join their Aquatics Development Team with 2positions available – 1 covering the North region & 1 covering the West region.
Why join Swim Wales as a Regional Development Manager?
To develop the sports of swimming, diving, water polo and synchronised swimming in (Name region), and to provide leadership within the region. You will liaise with aquatic partners such as Sport Wales, aquatic clubs, local authorities/ trusts and commercial organisations, to realise Swim Wales’ strategic aims. You will be responsible for generating new membership and developing school swimming, learn to swim and club aquatics in the region.
In order to achieve the below, a strong and engaging relationship needs to be built with the regional volunteer panel.Swim wales has a strong commitment to improving Equality and Diversity within the Sport.
