Swim Wales and DW Fitness Swimming Week

From Monday 11 December to Sunday 17 December, Swim England, Swim Wales and Scottish Swimming are working in collaboration with DW Fitness First to challenge their swimmers to take on the Swim 400m challenge at one of their 120 health clubs across the UK.

All those completing a 400m swim and logging their time through the online form [swimming.org/members/DWFF] will be in with a chance to win a personalised 12 session training plan from a Swim England coach, including initial consultation to tailor the plan for the individuals swimming goals.

Plus, DW Fitness First are providing a three day guest pass for none members during the challenge period - Click here

Swim 400m sets a progressive goal which swimmers can either work towards, or see an improvement week on week - encouraging non-swimmers to get into the water and current swimmers to swim more. So, whether you want to beat your personal best, improve your fitness or you are looking to achieve a personal swimming goal, Swim 400m is for you!

Kate Rudkin, Head of Brand Partnerships for Swim England “It is great to be working closely with DW Fitness First to encourage their members to get swimming and take on the Swim 400m challenge. Swim 400m is a great challenge to either test your swim fitness and speed, or give you a goal to work towards – it really is suitable for everyone.”

The competition closes midnight Sunday 17 December 2017. Entries will not be accepted after this date / time.
