Swim Wales is delighted to announce that Carole Raymond has joined the Board of Swim Wales as a specialist in Education.

Carole is an Education consultant with learning and teaching, curriculum, assessment, primary, secondary and teacher training expertise.

She brings to the board her vast experiences in leadership, project management, communication, innovative, creative and interpersonal and ICT skills

As a former HMI (Ofsted), senior lecturer at Exeter University and consultant with the Welsh Government, sport and physical education associations, and Local Authorities she will be a valuable asset to our Board.
