To help make your choice easier, Swim Wales is currently developing the Dragon Mark quality assurance scheme which will be launched in 2013. You'll be able to look for a Learn to Swim programme that sports the Dragon Mark, and know that you're getting the best possible start in the water. The scheme aims to give you total reassurance that the swimming teachers are well qualified and that the lessons reach national standards and are checked by external assessors.
