If you've passed through the learn to swim programmes and are looking to take swimming a step further, you should join a swimming club. If you went through an inclusive learn to swim programme, you should choose a mainstream swimming club swimming. All Swim Wales affiliated clubs are signed up to the Swim Wales Equality policy and will have an open door approach to swimmers with a disability. In Wales, there are a large number of swimmers with a disability training and competing through inclusive clubs.
