- Started swimming club when I was 5, swam for Pembroke and
District Swimming Club and then was selected for the Pembrokeshire
County Swimming squad September 2009
- Qualified for the Welsh Regional Squad in September 2010 and
Welsh Youth squad September 2011
- Competed in the National Age Group Open Water Championships

- Swimming at the Olympic Pool at the UKSGs in London 2012 was
the most nerve wracking and most exciting.
