The National squad is currently in training for the Tri-Nations to be held on 27 & 28 October 2012.

Hosted by Swim Wales in Cardiff, this is the first year that senior and junior men's and women's teams will compete in the same weekend.

To be considered for selection to the National squads please contact the appropriate Team Manager, who will arrange for you to join the squad for a training session. Of course, you must meet Swim Wales' eligibility requirements to represent Wales.
