Whether you're new to paddling or you're an old hand, you'll
find plenty of places to paddle in Wales. From a tranquil
paddle on a canal to full-on white water paddling. From beautiful
natural settings like rivers, lakes and 750 miles of coastline to
the excitement of Cardiff International White Water at Cardiff
Bay.

Wales is a great place to learn to paddle, for both
adults and children. If you're up for a challenge, there
are plenty of opportunities to compete.
